Account Deletion

At Brainelo, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the app:

1. 1.Open the Brainelo app.
2. 2.Go to Settings (gear icon).
3. 3.Scroll down to the "Account" section.
4. 4.Tap on Delete Account.
5. 5.Confirm your choice. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email:

1. 1.Send an email to klausgreinerdev@gmail.com.
2. 2.Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. 3.Include your registered email address or username in the body of the email.
4. 4.We will process your request within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• •Personal Information: Email address, username, display name, and profile picture.
• •Game Progress: All scores, levels completed, and game history.
• •Stats & Rankings: Your Elo ratings, leaderboard positions, and achievements.
• •Authentication Data: Login credentials and session tokens.

Data Retention

Most data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. However, some data may be retained for a limited period:

• •Backups: Data may remain in our secure encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten.
• •Legal Obligations: We may retain certain transaction records if required by law for tax or accounting purposes.
• •Anonymized Data: We may retain aggregated, anonymized gameplay data (which cannot be linked back to you) for analytics and to improve our services.
